We are searching for a qualified and dependable housekeeper to keep all common areas of our community clean and ensure that vacant apartments are ready for new residents. This position is located in North Royalton, OH.Responsibilities include:Cleans all common areas of the apartment communityVacuum and dustClean vacant suitesInform management regarding safety concerns (i.e.: trash in hallway, burned out bulbs, etc.)Work closely with on-site managers and maintenance techniciansPerforms other duties as assigned.We offer a competitive starting rate, health, dental, & vision benefits, generous paid time off, 401k, and a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional development.
