Providence Staffing's client is seeking a Rhode Island–licensed Personal Injury Litigation Attorney dedicated to representing injury victims in their fight against large insurance companies in Providence, RI. This role is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney with active litigation experience who is looking to deepen trial skills, gain meaningful courtroom exposure, and make a real impact for clients.

This position focuses on hands-on litigation , trial advocacy, and client representation in personal injury matters, while offering a supportive environment that removes the pressure of traditional billable hours through a performance-driven compensation model.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle personal injury litigation matters from case intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and trials .
• Develop and execute effective litigation and trial strategies to secure favorable outcomes.
• Conduct and defend depositions , draft pleadings, motions, and settlement demands.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality case preparation.
• Contribute to firm growth while gaining significant trial and courtroom experience .

Ideal Candidate

• Active Rhode Island law license (required) .
• Demonstrated litigation experience , preferably in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Comfortable handling court appearances, depositions, and motion practice.
• Strong advocacy, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Passionate about representing injury victims and holding insurance companies accountable.
