Schedule: Multiple shifts available; 36-48 hours per week. Gross Rate up to $2,927 per week. Benefits are subject to change at any time. How you’ll make an impact in this role Expert management of ECMO, Impella, IABP, and VAD for patients in cardiogenic shock. Specialized care of post‑CABG, valve replacement, and transplant patients, including chest tube management. Precision titration of inotropes and vasopressors guided by Swan‑Ganz catheter data and cardiac output monitoring. Rapid intervention for post‑op emergencies like cardiac tamponade, arrhythmias, or acute hemorrhage. Required Minimum Qualifications Registered Nurse license prior to hire date. Advanced Life Support certification obtained within 6 months of hire; accepted from AHA or American Red Cross. Basic Life Support provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire; accepted from AHA or American Red Cross. Compact or state RN license relevant to travel assignment location. Education Diploma from an accredited school or college of nursing. Work Experience At least one year of RN experience in an acute care setting. Preferred Qualifications Additional one year of acute care experience. Applicable license and/or certification per contract requirements. Equal employment opportunity employer.
