About the Position

Travel: Surgical Tech (CST) / OR

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Days | Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (3x12s) | Onsite | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties in an operating room setting across a range of surgical specialties
• Assist surgical teams with procedures involving General, Gynecology, Urology, Bariatrics, Orthopedics & Trauma, and Vascular surgery
• Support robotic-assisted surgical procedures including DaVinci Robot systems
• Maintain sterile field and ensure proper handling of surgical instruments and equipment throughout procedures
• Adhere to facility dress code and departmental policies and protocols

Required Qualifications

• NBSTSA Certification required — no exceptions; must be indicated on submission package
• Active Virginia State License or confirmed pending/temporary Virginia License (must be in pending status at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2+ years of CST/OR experience
• Demonstrated experience with Robotics (DaVinci), General, Gynecology, Urology, Bariatrics, Orthopedics & Trauma, and Vascular surgery

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume operating room environment
• Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties and advanced surgical technology
