What You'll Do
As a Level 1 IT Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, solving everyday technology issues both remotely and onsite.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering help desk calls and documenting support tickets
- Troubleshooting Windows PCs, printers, and basic networking issues
- Installing and configuring workstations and peripherals
- Supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common business applications
- Escalating complex issues to senior technicians
- Traveling to client offices for onsite support
- Participating in an on-call rotation
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of IT support experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- A+ and/or Network+ certification is a plus
