No experience? We provide paid training and teach you everything you need to know.

Pay Structure

Paid Training: $15.00 per hour for a minimum of 3 days

Cleaning Partner Pay Progression:

• Start: $17.00/hr
• After 30 days: $17.50/hr
• After 60 days: $18.00/hr
• After 90 days: $19.00/hr

Team Lead Pay Progression:

• Start: $19.00/hr
• After 30 days: $19.50/hr
• After 60 days: $20.00/hr
• After 90 days: $21.00/hr

Tips and bonuses can increase your weekly pay

What You'll Do

• Clean homes using our proven Molly Maid cleaning system
• Work as part of a two-person team
• Deliver excellent service and attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Help maintain equipment and supplies

Team Leads (drivers) will also:

• Drive the company vehicle safely
• Manage the daily route
• Ensure supplies and equipment are ready for the team

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Pass a background check
• Able to mop, vacuum, dust, and perform physical cleaning work
• Available Monday–Friday (8am–5pm)
• Valid driver's license preferred (required for Team Leads)
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
