Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new clients and increase personal training program enrollments. Build and maintain strong relationships with gym members and convert prospects into loyal customers. Collaborate with fitness trainers and staff to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction. Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to enhance team effectiveness. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and address challenges. Represent GRIP Personal Training at LA Fitness events and promotions to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Requirements Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the health, wellness or fitness industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals. Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop data‑driven strategies. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with LA Fitness operations and client base is highly desirable.
