Specific job duties include but are not limited to:/pulliClean and process dry etch tool components (stainless steel, quartz and ceramic parts)/liliCleaning various parts from semiconductor tools and production equipment using different solvents, cleaning agents./liliRemoval of ferric etch material on certain parts via automated parts washer./liliWill use stationary cleaning equipment as well, along with documenting processes and cataloguing inventory./liliLoad parts in carts for clean and dirty parts./liliLoad and unload baskets in ovens/liliRecord information in BPOs or Run Cards./liliCasting visual inspection to verify core removal./liliOperate/monitor ovens/liliReact per SOP to alarm conditions./liliRecord all work performed in computer systems./liliKeep the work area in a clean, orderly, and safe working condition./liliVerification of parts to paperwork./liliComply with all applicable standard operating procedures./li/ulpCandidate must be willing to:/pulliWork a shift compressed work week schedule. The schedule will consist of three 12.5-hour shifts in a row followed by a fourth day every other week./liliLift up to 50 pounds 5 times/day, spend most of the time (more than 90% less break time) in a clean room environment working on tool sets, walking 2-4 miles a day, and/or standing/sitting for 9 hours./liliWork in a clean room environment, wearing Gortex gowns, booties, safety glasses and gloves for the majority (less break time) of daily shifts./liliWalk 3-5 miles in a 12.5-hour shift and standing/sitting for 9 hours/liliPush transport carts with up to 20 lbs. of force multiple times per shift./li/ul/div
