Registered Nurse – Patient Care

Schedule: Days 7a - 7p

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Active RN license required or eligible to obtain
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Clinical experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients upon admission, obtaining relevant medical history and conducting necessary evaluations.
• Plan and implement care in coordination with a physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy in dosing and administration.
• Maintain clear and confidential documentation, communicating effectively with team members and patients.
• Respect patient's cultural, lifestyle, and personal values in the care planning process.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.

Compliance / Notes:

• Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid.
• The facility has the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract.
