Gentiva is seeking an Afterhours RN Care Manager to provide high-quality hospice care after hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts. You will conduct assessments, admissions, and routine visits, maintaining primary clinical oversight and collaborating with physicians and the IDG.
