As a Security Officer Full Time Vehicle Patrol Driver in Lancaster, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

• Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123):A valid driver's license is mandatory for positions that require driving. Candidates must comply with the AU Driver Policy requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and members of the public at a government facility by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
\n
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of government buildings, grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
\n
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verifying authorization and directing individuals to appropriate locations as needed.
\n
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site requirements.
\n
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrols, and other security-related activities while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

\n

\n
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
\n
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
\n
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
\n
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
\n
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
\n
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
\n
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
\n
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
