This position is essential for supporting our food service operations and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.DutiesWash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dish washing equipment.Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash regularly.Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for service.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for meal service.Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area when required.RequirementsPrevious experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards is essential.Experience in food preparation or cooking is a plus.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the culinary field.
