Cafe Colmado is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cook to join our kitchen team. You'll be responsible for preparing quality food in a fast-paced environment while helping keep our kitchen running smoothly through organized ingredient inventory management.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Café Colmado's recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace at all times
• Monitor, track, and replenish ingredient inventory; communicate low-stock items to management
• Receive and inspect deliveries, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service
• Assist with opening and/or closing kitchen duties as needed
• Support both in café and delivery service orders

• Prior cooking or kitchen experience preferred, but motivated newcomers are welcome to apply
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety training 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

• Experience with inventory tracking or ordering systems
• Familiarity with café or Latin-style cooking
• Spanish-speaking
