Acute Pharmacist I
Full-Time | Day Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense medications and verify prescriptions to ensure precision and patient safety.
- Provide patient consultations, offering guidance on medication therapies and health management strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize treatment outcomes and ensure the best possible patient care.
- Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas pharmacist license.
- Completion of PGY1 or PGY2 residency.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD.
