Seasonal Warehouse Associate

We are hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate to support increased demand in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on shipping, receiving, order preparation, and inventory handling. This is a hands-on position requiring forklift operation, RF scanner use, and the ability to manage inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving large truck deliveries and unloading materials
• Pull and stage orders for next-day deliveries
• Load trucks and prepare shipments with appropriate documentation
• Pick and fulfill counter orders as needed
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and manage warehouse transactions
• Move and organize inventory to maximize storage space
• Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Retag shelves and assist with general housekeeping tasks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recent warehouse experience
• Sit-down forklift experience (required)
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
• Ability to read and understand invoicing systems and RF tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pulling, and standing for a full shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and warehouse processes
• Previous experience in high-volume warehouse environments
