Role Description The Field Service Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Fitchburg, WI, responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing BIOIONIX® systems at customer locations. Day-to-day activities include performing equipment set-up, calibration, and testing, conducting routine and preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control system issues. The technician will document service activities, prepare detailed reports, and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to ensure safe and reliable operation of systems. This role also involves training customers on proper use and basic maintenance of equipment, adhering to safety and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Occasional travel to customer sites and flexibility in scheduling may be required based on service needs. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical systems, including basic wiring, piping, sensors, and controls. Candidates should possess practical skills in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and problem-solving for field equipment and automation or control systems. Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting technical documents such as manuals, schematics, diagrams, and standard operating procedures. Candidates should possess communication and customer service skills to explain technical issues clearly, provide training, and build positive relationships with partners. Candidates should possess organizational skills, including time management, documentation accuracy, and the ability to work independently in the field. Relevant qualifications include prior field service or maintenance experience in industrial, water treatment, food processing, or related environments. Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with electrolysis or water treatment technologies, basic computer skills for monitoring and reporting, and a valid driver’s license. A technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent experience in a field such as industrial maintenance, electrical technology, mechanical engineering, or similar discipline is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr BIOIONIX
