Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Homecare Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) based in Greenbelt, MD. The role involves providing quality one-on-one care in the home environment, administering prescribed medical treatments, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members. Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining care plans, following clinical protocols, and documenting patient care in compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Maryland Experience with private duty nursing or providing in‑home care services Strong clinical skills, including medication administration, wound care, and patient monitoring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and detailed care documentation Ability to work independently and follow established nursing plans and protocols CPR and First Aid certifications required Previous experience in pediatric or adult home care is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Maxim Healthcare
