Reno Staffing is looking for a Cycle Counter for a distribution warehouse in the Reno, NV area!

This is a fulltime, longterm opportunity for a highly detailoriented individual who enjoys accuracy, problemsolving, and working in a fastpaced warehouse environment. This position is critical to the facility’s operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting overall warehouse flow. Temptohire potential for the right candidate.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1hour unpaid lunch)
Pay: $21/hrLocation: Reno, NV

Summary: The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels by performing daily cycle counts, researching discrepancies, and ensuring product is stored correctly. This role requires strong attention to detail, Cherry Picker forklift experience, and the ability to work independently. Candidates must meet all listed requirements and provide a resume that clearly reflects their experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy

• Conduct full warehouse cycle counts at least twice per year

• Compare physical inventory to system records and identify discrepancies

• Investigate variances by reviewing transactions, locating misplaced items, and identifying potential system errors

• Maintain accurate documentation of counts, adjustments, and findings

• Create detailed reports for inventory operations and stock levels

• Operate a Cherry Picker forklift safely and efficiently

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

• Work safely and report hazards immediately

• Lift/move up to 50 lbs unassisted

At the discretion of your lead or supervisor, you could be required to perform additional jobrelated activities not specifically outlined above.

Competency: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• 3+ years of warehouse experience

• 2+ years of cycle counting experience

• 2+ years of Cherry Picker forklift experience

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong problemsolving skills

• Ability to work independently and stay proactive

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English

• Must meet all physical requirements (standing, bending, lifting, equipment operation)

A resume and interview are required to be considered for this position.

A drug test will be required after interview. THC will not be tested.
