Job Description Part‑time Building Supervisor – help monitor the building during weekday evenings and weekend hours. Rate Of Pay Starting at $11.65/hr, commensurate with experience Qualifications Responsibility & integrity are a must. Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Previous customer service, sales or related experience required. Fun, friendly, flexible individual. Willing to work as a team player. Responsibilities Respond to member and guest needs, contributing to building safety and security. Build relationships with members; help members connect with one another and the YMCA. Promote positive interactions between members. Assist all areas as needed.
