Experience Required Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service skills Experienced and passionate about the game of golf Proficient in Microsoft Office In addition, the ideal candidate will be or have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2+ years in the golf and/or hospitality industry PGA membership Ability to maneuver and park vehicles safely and accurately, including larger vehicles, in diverse parking environments and tight spaces. Essential Responsibilities Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Deliver exceptional customer service in every guest interaction while promoting golf programs, activities, and services. Assist guests with tee times, course conditions, golf programs, and other golf-related inquiries. Meet sales, rental, and service performance expectations as directed by the Assistant or Head Golf Professional. Collaborate with the Food & Beverage and Guest Services teams to provide a seamless guest experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked golf shop, including the sales floor, inventory, and storage areas. Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and selling golf shop merchandise and supplies. Support golf operations by assisting with special events and other departmental activities as assigned by the Head Golf Professional. Teach individual golf lessons and conduct clinics as assigned.
