- Understand market size, industry layout, development trends, competitive landscape, and obtain information on market competition.
- Based on the internal business planning of the mounting system division and various product lines, coordinate within TBU to identify and outline the key indicators of product and service competitiveness.
- Regularly monitor and analyze key indicators, identify gaps or risk points with competitors, and collaborate with business departments to promptly improve and enhance product service levels and industry competitiveness.
- Promote in-depth analysis and improvement of key and typical issues, establish a complete and sound operating mechanism for collecting, analyzing, improving, and monitoring key competitiveness indicators within TBU.
- Coordinate the advancement and management of key tasks and projects within TBU.
- Other tasks assigned by senior management.
