Your responsibilities may include:Providing companionship and emotional supportAssisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressingHelping clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulationPreparing meals and assisting with feeding when neededPerforming light housekeeping and laundryProviding medication remindersMonitoring changes in clients' physical or emotional well-being and reporting concernsEncouraging independence while ensuring client safety and comfortActive HCA or CNA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain required credentials)A compassionate, dependable, and patient attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsReliable transportation is preferredAbility to pass required background checksAvailability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)Saturday and Sunday shiftsDay and evening schedulesFull-time and part-time positions availableAt SYNERGY HomeCare, caregiving is more than a job, it's an opportunity to improve lives.
