Production Specialist
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Specialist to join their team. As a Production Specialist, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Specialist
Location: Lavonia, GA
Pay Range: $20.2
Shift: 12 hr 6p-6a 2,2,3 schedule
What's the Job?
- Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner following Standard Work procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Perform visual inspections of products to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
- Follow all safety policies and promote a safe working environment by using PPE and adhering to safety features on equipment.

- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and handle materials safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and work as part of a team.
- Basic physical ability to perform loading, unloading, and inspection tasks.
- Open to learning new skills and following operational procedures.
