Allied Technician - Respiratory Therapist

Respiratory Therapist - NICUWe are seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience and will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to our NICU patients.Responsibilities:Administer respiratory therapy treatments and techniques as prescribed.Monitor and assess patients' respiratory status and adjust care plans as needed.Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.Educate patients and their families regarding respiratory issues and care options.Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and outcomes.Schedule:Shift: Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00).Weekend: Every other weekend.Block schedules available.Holiday Requirements:If assigned during major holidays, the traveler is expected to work as follows:One major holiday: Expected to work.Two major holidays: Expected to work both.Three major holidays: Expected to work two.Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day.Compliance Requirements:Full compliance is required to ensure timely onboarding. Non-compliance may result in a delay of up to two weeks due to the bi-weekly orientation schedule.Additional Information:Locals are accepted at the same rate.
