Field Relations Representative (1099 Contractor)

Northwood Endodontics is seeking a professional, outgoing, and personable Field Relations Representative to support our outreach efforts through weekly visits to dental offices with which we have established relationships. This is a part-time 1099 independent contractor opportunity ideal for someone who is reliable, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable building professional relationships in a healthcare setting.

- Visit approximately 50 dental offices weekly as part of a scheduled outreach route
- Deliver appreciation gifts and marketing materials in a professional and engaging manner
- Build and maintain positive relationships with dental office teams and referral partners
- Represent the Northwood Endodontics brand with professionalism and consistency
- Use provided brand messaging and talking points during office visits
- Track and confirm completed visits using a designated delivery app
- Maintain organized office notes and records, including contact information, office updates, and relevant feedback from visits
- Review brand messaging expectations before beginning regular route completion
- Approximately 5-7 hours per completed weekly route (time may vary based on route efficiency)
- Tuesday through Thursday, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- Start Date: June 1, 2026
- $20/hour plus mileage reimbursement
- Independent contractor is responsible for personal vehicle expenses
- Fluent in English
- Professional appearance and attire required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable interacting with dental professionals and office staff
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Organized, dependable, and punctual
- Previous marketing, customer service, or healthcare office experience preferred but not required
- Mileage reimbursement
