Director of Healthcare Business Development

Location: Newtown, PA area (Remote possible) Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary As a Healthcare Account Manager at Revel Collective, you will serve as the strategic marketing partner and relationship lead for assigned healthcare clients. Acting as an extension of each client's team, you will develop and execute marketing strategies while cultivating strong relationships with physicians, practice managers, administrators, and other healthcare stakeholders. This role combines high-level account management with physician engagement, referral growth, and healthcare business development to help clients achieve measurable results. Strategic Account Leadership Serve as the primary strategic advisor and day-to-day contact for assigned healthcare clients. Develop annual marketing strategies, campaign plans, budgets, and growth initiatives aligned with client objectives. Present strategic recommendations, marketing plans, performance reports, and analytics to client leadership. Identify opportunities to expand agency services and deepen client relationships. Ensure exceptional client service while proactively resolving issues and exceeding expectations. Physician & Referral Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with physicians, practice managers, administrators, referral coordinators, and other healthcare stakeholders. Conduct regular in-person visits with physician practices and referral sources on behalf of assigned healthcare clients. Serve as a trusted extension of each client's organization by addressing provider concerns and facilitating communication between practices and client leadership. Identify opportunities to strengthen referral relationships and increase physician engagement. Coordinate educational presentations, events, and outreach initiatives for physicians and office staff. Growth Strategy & Performance Analysis Analyze referral trends, CRM data, campaign performance, market intelligence, and client analytics to identify opportunities for growth. Develop physician engagement and referral growth strategies in collaboration with clients and agency leadership. Monitor healthcare industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes impacting clients. Provide data-driven recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and referral performance. Lead internal creative, digital, content, and project management teams in the execution of integrated marketing initiatives. Develop creative briefs and clearly communicate client goals, target audiences, and project requirements. Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver exceptional work and measurable outcomes. Leadership & Team Development Coach, mentor, and support healthcare outreach team members as assigned. Assist with onboarding and training new employees. Conduct one-on-one meetings, ride-alongs, and performance evaluations when supervising outreach staff. Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. 7–10+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, healthcare account management, physician outreach, healthcare business development, or a related client-facing role. Demonstrated success building relationships with physicians, healthcare executives, administrators, and practice leaders. Strong strategic marketing, business development, and client management skills. Experience interpreting CRM data, referral analytics, and marketing performance metrics. Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM systems, project management platforms, and marketing technologies. Leadership experience preferred.
