- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica development (PowerCenter, IICS, or similar)
- Proven success in data migration projects, especially involving CDC
- Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform tools: BigQuery, Dataform, Datastream, Pub/Sub
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
