Physical Therapist I: Full Time, Atlantic Rehab Mountain Lakes

Job Description Atlantic Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full‑Time Physical Therapist to join Atlantic Rehabilitation's outpatient team in Mountain Lakes. Shift: M/W/F 8am‑4pm, T/TH 10am‑6pm. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient‑centered treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members. Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care. Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed. Provide patient and family education. Document interventions and bill appropriately. Principal Accountabilities Patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programs, providing interventions. Providing patient and family education, documenting interventions, billing appropriately. Qualifications Required: New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy; Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program.
