Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist - Campobello, SC

We’re seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a maternity leave coverage assignment from October 1st through December 15th, 2026. This role is located near Campobello, SC, and serves two nearby school sites (less than three miles apart), primarily working with students with mild speech and language needs, with a smaller caseload of high school self-contained students. Qualifications and Experience Desired: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP license in South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Experience in school settings and working with pediatric populations Adaptability working across two locations Professional communication and organizational skills Passion for supporting diverse learners Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in group and individual settings Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to maximize student progress Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports Contribute to IEP development and participate in eligibility and planning meetings Provide guidance to classroom staff and share strategies for supporting communication growth This contract offers competitive compensation at $40-50 per hour, providing an excellent opportunity to advance your experience in pediatric school-based speech-language therapy, alongside a team committed to student success.
