CMM Programmer

Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPerform dimensional layouts and testing in support of production and launch activitiesGenerate and distribute layout and test reports upon completionMaintain accurate and organized layout and inspection recordsSupport root cause analysis and problem-solving for dimensional issuesConduct gage studies and manage gage tracking softwareEnsure all lab equipment and gages remain calibrated and certified per plant and customer requirementsSupport or perform Lab Supervisor duties as assigned by managementMaintain a clean, organized lab environment in accordance with 5S principlesEnsure proper handling and storage of gages received from other facilitiesContinuously identify and implement improvements to increase layout efficiencyPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required3-5 years CMM ProgrammingRelevant work experience in metrology, quality, or manufacturing environments preferredFamiliarity with gage management systems and calibration processesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsEquivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.About UsThank you for your interest in Yanfeng.
