Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting preferred. Ability to perform 60-minute evaluations and provide ongoing treatment sessions. Competence in documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Willingness to participate in student supervision and preceptorship as assigned. Maintain licensure and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements.

Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule. Assignment Duration: 13 week assignment. Positions Available: 1 position.
