You grow our agency through meaningful customer conversations. In this role you will be actively seeking out new prospects to quote and help grow our business through a mix of referrals, attending community events, networking, previous customers, incoming calls, online requests, and lead sources. Before becoming a State Farm Agent Owner, Krystal worked in this role as an Agent Team Member. If you’re interested in eventually owning your own agency or managing one, this position offers valuable experience. Responsibilities Provide information about insurance products and services. Find and quote new prospects. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Networking Attending events Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
