TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Franklin, Ohio, 45005!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in ICU nursing License: Valid Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - CABG experience - Valve post-operative experience - Impella experience - IABP experience - CRRT experience - EKG tele competency assessment - EPIC experience Description: RNs are needed with Open Heart experience. Candidates must have experience with CABG, Valve post-operative care, Impella, IABP, and CRRT. Targeted patient ratios are 1:2 for Critical Care and 1:3 for Intermediate level patients. Candidates must pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment. BLS and ACLS through AHA are required. Experience with vents, NIH, IV start, ICP, and conscious sedation is necessary. An Associate's Degree in Nursing or a BSN is required. Two years of experience is necessary. Candidates must have EPIC experience. Travelers will float at the discretion of management. They will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to. Floating may include high-risk respiratory units. Availability to work every other weekend and holiday is a must. Travelers should be comfortable floating. The facility reserves the right to cancel shifts due to low census. Travelers are not eligible for employee incentives. The unit has 16 beds and is part of a 310-bed hospital. The facility provides family-centered care and does not restrict visiting hours. Customer service is a top priority. RTO requests must be included with the initial submission; RTO will not be added after the offer is made.
