Senior Escrow Officer

Client is a boutique Texas title insurance and escrow agency serving Greater Houston and Fort Bend County. Founded by active real estate operators and backed by Westcor Land Title, we handle commercial transactions, 1031 exchanges, construction loans, and upper-tier residential closings - with service and speed the big title shops can't match. The role This is our lead escrow seat. You'll own escrow and closing operations end to end, and because we're a growing agency, you'll help stand up and refine our closing workflows, escrow procedures, and wire‑fraud controls from the ground up. What You’ll Do Own residential and commercial escrow files from opening through closing Prepare and review closing disclosures, settlement statements, and title commitments Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and attorneys to close on time Run files in SoftPro, Qualia, or ResWare, including escrow accounting Enforce our wire‑fraud protocol – CertifID verification on every disbursement, no exceptions Establish and maintain TDI and RESPA compliance with clean, audit‑ready records What You Bring Active Texas (TDI) Escrow Officer license 5+ years of Texas escrow/closing experience Proficiency in SoftPro, Qualia, and/or ResWare Deep command of closing disclosures, settlement statements, and trust‑account handling Commercial closing experience (1031, construction, multi‑party) strongly preferred Competitive base plus per‑closing commission, with real upside as we grow.
