CNA - LTC/SNF

$501.84/week - Job Summary: Seeking reliable and experienced CNAs for a contract position in LTC/SNF settings. Candidates must be committed to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility. Monitor and report changes in residents’ health status to nursing staff. Follow care plans and adhere to facility protocols and safety standards. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff. Support team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document care activities accurately in accordance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Valid CNA certification in the state of practice. Proven experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Must bring a valid government-issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times. Must have completed or be willing to complete COVID-19 vaccination or provide exemption documentation.
