Registered Nurse (RN) - Trauma / Ortho / Neuro Experience

This position requires three 12-hour shifts per week, covering a combination of day shift hours from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please note that no time off can be requested from September 1, 2026, to November 15, 2026, due to a systemwide Epic implementation.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a Level 1 Trauma setting, focusing on orthopedic and neurological cases. The ideal candidate will have experience with Da Vinci robotic systems and the ability to scrub and circulate when needed. This role requires readiness for on-call duties as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to trauma, orthopedic, and neurological patients.
• Assist with surgical procedures, including scrub and circulate duties when required.
• Monitor patients' progress and manage care plans based on individual needs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all safety and healthcare standards as set by the facility and licensing bodies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a trauma or surgical setting.
• Level 1 Trauma experience is preferred.
• Orthopedic and neurological nursing experience is a plus.
• Experience with Da Vinci robotics is highly desirable.
• Current nursing license and certifications as required in the state of practice.
