What'sin it for you: Salary: $140,000 to $155,000 per year , W-2. Hiring Bonus: $10,000 , paid out in your first year. Sabbatical: 3-week paid sabbatical offered in Q1 2027. An in-home care team handles vitals, labs, and diagnostics in the patient's home while you complete the clinical assessment virtually. Predictable Hours: Weekdays only. No nights, no weekends, no call Requirements: Licensure: Active, unencumbered California NP licensure with furnishing license and active Medi-Cal (FFS) enrollment. California-only licensure is welcome. Additional state licenses are a plus. Experience: 1+ year as a practicing Nurse Practitioner. Annual Wellness Visit, Health Risk Assessment, or telehealth experience strongly preferred. Board Certification: FNP, AGNP, Adult, or Acute Care. Availability: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm Pacific.
