Outreach Specialist

This role involves high-volume outbound calling and emailing to business and institutional customers to spark interest in energy-saving programs. The goal is to schedule qualified virtual meetings between prospects and the company’s Energy Advisors, who then help customers act on energy efficiency opportunities. The position includes structured training and ongoing coaching from a manager and team. Employers want at least one year of experience in outbound sales, business development, call center sales or another proactive phone-based customer-facing role. Candidates should be comfortable with cold calling, handling objections, and using CRM tools like Salesforce and Outreach.io. Strong communication, organization, persistence, and comfort using AI tools to support workflows are also expected. This is a fully remote position with a set schedule of 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm in the employee’s local time zone, Monday through Friday. It is open to candidates in the United States or Canada, with no travel required. Bilingual ability is considered a plus but not required.
