Per Scholas candidates must reside in one of the following states, provided the position does not carry a specific office location requirement: Position Title: Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy Office: Remote Per Scholas is seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy with 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience to drive our talent discovery, candidate coordination, and selective recruitment efforts. In this pivotal remote role, you will leverage advanced Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter to design proactive sourcing strategies (50%), manage seamless interview scheduling and coordination (25%), and lead selective full-cycle recruitment (25%) for key positions. By building diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate journey, your work directly empowers Per Scholas to attract top-tier talent aligned with our mission to open pathways to tech careers. Responsibilities Execute advanced sourcing methodologies—including Boolean logic, X-ray searches, and LinkedIn Recruiter—to identify, map, and engage top-tier passive candidates, with an emphasis on hard-to-fill technical and non-profit roles (50% focus). Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a targeted portfolio of priority requisitions—from intake calls through offer negotiation—delivering strong candidate continuity and quality hires (25% focus). Partner consultatively with internal hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles, share market intelligence, and guide teams on interview best practices and bias-mitigation techniques. Maintain candidate data integrity and pipeline metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate reporting and seamless recruitment workflows. Requirements 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with proven success in proactive candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.

• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search strings to identify and engage passive talent across multiple channels.
• Exceptional organizational, administrative, and calendar management skills with a strong track record of coordinating multi-stage interview schedules seamlessly.
• Strong written communication and outreach copywriting skills to craft personalized, high-converting candidate engagement messages.
• Demonstrated commitment to embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into every stage of the talent acquisition lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience navigating modern Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Greenhouse is strongly preferred).
