We're growing our Miami (Wynwood) office and we need someone who is ready to hit the ground running. This role puts you right in the middle of our real estate deal flow – talking to property owners, investors, and buyers every day and connecting them with funding that actually gets things done. We care more about who you are than what's on your resume. You're competitive – not in an annoying way, but you keep score and you care about winning You don't wait around to be told what to do You can build rapport quickly and people tend to trust you You're not afraid of the phone or of hearing "no" A degree or some background in sales or finance is helpful, but if you've got the drive, we'll work with you Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus, not a requirement Compensation Full Commission: OTE $80K–$200K+ Base + Commission: OTE $60K–$120K+ Most of our people hit their first real commission check within 60–90 days.
