Project Manager - Billion Dollar Data Center Program (Exceptional Per Diem)

What You Will Lead

As a Project Manager, you will oversee mechanical construction operations on a fast-paced, high-density, mission critical project. Your responsibilities include:

• Tracking and forecasting project financials and reporting to executive leadership
• Coordinating with field supervisors, foremen, fabrication teams, VDC/detailing, project engineers, and accounting
• Producing and managing detailed project schedules
• Leading change management, including estimates, budgets, and proposals
• Managing subcontractors and vendors
• Negotiating contracts
• Attending and leading project meetings
• Mentoring project engineers and junior staff
• Owning client relationships to ensure satisfaction and future opportunities

What You Bring

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Strong judgment, diplomacy, and tact
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Strong time management and adaptability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
