What You’ll DoAs a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the face of Lee Gardens, ensuring that every guest feels at home from the moment they walk through our doors. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a smile and assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
- Answering phone calls and addressing guest inquiries in a professional manner.
- Managing reservations and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Resolving guest concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborating with other team members to maintain a smooth operation.
