What You’ll Do Lead preparation and filing of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and 8-Ks. Oversee technical accounting areas including stock-based compensation, derivatives, and cash flow statements. Research and implement new GAAP and SEC guidance. Support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and process improvement initiatives. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 8+ years of public accounting or SEC reporting experience. Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and leadership abilities. CPA preferred. Compensation Base salary: $150,000–$160,000 Bonus: 10% How to Apply Interested?
