Your Role:

Act as the primary advisor for home buyers and sellers throughout the Western Suburbs.
Promptly respond to inbound Zillow Live Tour requests and maintain proactive client communication.
Conduct home tours, prepare comparative market analyses (CMAs), and draft purchase contracts.
Keep accurate client records and pipeline status updated within our team CRM.

What We’re Looking For:

Active Illinois Real Estate License (Required).
In-depth local market knowledge in Naperville, Downers Grove, Wheaton, Hinsdale, La Grange, or nearby areas.
Exceptional communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Openness to adopting proven conversion scripts and operational workflows.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00+ annually (Commission-based)
