Job Description

At Fursique, we believe great grooming is about more than just making a dog look good—it’s about creating a safe, comfortable experience and building trust with both pets and their owners. You’ll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in quality work, cleanliness, safety, and treating every dog as an individual.

Responsibilities

Trim hair and provide styling cuts tailored to breed standards and customer requests
Clip nails and brush coats to promote pet health and comfort
Perform detailed pet assessments before grooming sessions
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of grooming tools and workspace
Offer specialty grooming services and breed-specific clips
Engage with customers to discuss grooming needs and provide expert advice
Work efficiently with team members

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years’ experience in pet grooming
Proficient in animal handling and various pet grooming techniques
Skilled use of grooming tools and equipment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Effective time management and attention to detail
Physical stamina to manage the demands of grooming tasks
