Ready to take the next step into a General Manager role? Join a growing, high-volume BBQ restaurant group that invests in developing future leaders. You'll complete a structured training program and work alongside one of the company's top General Managers before leading your own restaurant.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations
- Develop, coach, and inspire high-performing teams
- Drive guest satisfaction, food quality, and operational excellence
- Manage P&L, labor, food cost, inventory, and financial performance
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
- Complete a comprehensive management training program before assuming full General Manager responsibilities
Qualifications
- Current General Manager or promotable Assistant General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Proven success leading both FOH and BOH operations
- Hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Passion for training and developing future leaders
- Knowledge of scratch kitchen operations, food safety, and ServSafe standards
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license
