Your friendly attitude, attention to detail, and great customer service help create memorable experiences for every guest.Responsibilities include:Welcome every guest with a smile and provide exceptional customer service.Take guest orders accurately using the point-of-sale system.Handle cash and credit card transactions.Answer menu questions and recommend menu items.Assemble and package guest orders accurately.Keep the dining room, beverage station, front counter, and restrooms clean and welcoming.Stock condiments, beverages, paper goods, and front counter supplies.Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure orders are accurate and delivered quickly.Follow all food safety and company operating standards.What We're Looking ForMust be 16 years of age or olderFriendly, positive attitude with a passion for serving othersDependable with a strong work ethicExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and growFlexible availability, including nights and weekendsGrow Your Career With UsMany of our restaurant leaders started as Cashiers and Front of House Team Members.At Zaxby's, we believe in promoting from within.
