Sommers Holistic Health is a fast-paced, patient-focused Holistic Medicine practice dedicated to helping patients get better!
We are currently seeking a long-term, full-time receptionist to become an essential part of our front office team. You will be the face of our clinic, so you must have a genuine love for people with a warm personality and a passion to smile! You must believe in what we do, and have the communication skills to articulate what we do. No medical experience is necessary for this job.
Receptionist and scheduling experience a must!
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will set the tone for their experience—so a friendly smile, positive energy, and a passion for helping others are a must!

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and professionally
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Take phone orders and process payments
- Handle shipping and receiving of inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to all patients
Qualifications:
- Receptionist experience
- Must be able to accurately multiply numbers quickly during check-outs
- Must be a quick learner who doesn't get stressed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Belief in a holistic health approach and ability to communicate that positively
