Senior Coding Instructor

At our center, kids aged 5-14 learn to code in a fun, engaging environment by building video games they love. Our motto is simple: Kids have fun, parents see results. Responsibilities

As a Senior Coding Instructor, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and safe learning environment for our students. Your day-to-day will include:

• Mastering our proprietary curriculum to guide students effectively.
• Coaching kids to develop their coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and confidence.
• Engaging with students to assess their skill levels and help them progress.
• Providing feedback to parents after student tours and sharing progress updates.
• Maintaining a clean and organized dojo (our learning space) to meet corporate standards.
• Reporting daily and weekly activities to the Owners to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience working with children.
• Enjoys teaching and mentoring young minds, especially in STEM-related areas.
• Is interested in or has experience with game development.
• Can create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for students.
• Has strong communication and organizational skills to manage daily tasks and provide feedback to parents.

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Part-time
• Monday-Friday: 2:30 PM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM
• Camps: 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM or 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM
• Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
• Work Location: In person
