You'll sit at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology - with real ownership of the systems that power how we reach and serve our members, and insights that directly shape strategy and business decisions.About the RolePremier Credit Union is hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist with strong HubSpot expertise to serve as the technical and analytical engine behind our marketing team. In this role, you'll own our HubSpot platform end-to-end - building automated campaigns, lifecycle workflows, and lead nurture programs that drive member engagement. You'll build dashboards and reporting infrastructure that give teams across the credit union clear, reliable visibility into marketing and member data.You'll play a central role in growing our lead generation efforts, using audience segmentation and analytics to personalize experiences and drive conversions, and ensuring qualified leads are handed off cleanly to our sales team. If you enjoy the mix of hands-on platform work, performance marketing, and clear data-driven storytelling, this role offers real visibility into how Premier makes decisions at every level.What You Will DoManage paid media campaigns to support lead generation and growth goalsOwn MQL scoring and qualification, and manage clean handoffs to the sales teamUse audience segmentation and analytics to personalize experiences and drive conversionsOversee marketing automation workflows supporting lifecycle marketing and lead nurturingBuild and maintain custom dashboards and recurring reports on marketing performance dataPull data and prepare reporting for a variety of departments and stakeholders as requestedConduct ongoing competitive and market research to identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, compliance, IT, and member services teamsOther marketing tasks as assignedWhat We Are Looking ForHands-on experience with HubSpot, including email marketing, CRM management, landing page creation, workflow automation, and performance reportingPaid media experience, including planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across relevant channelsProven ability to enhance lead generation efforts and manage MQL handoffs to the sales teamAbility to use audience segmentation and analytics to personalize experiences and drive conversionsExperience developing marketing automation strategies, including lead scoring models, nurture sequences, and audience segmentation logicUnderstanding of tracking and taggingStrong competitive and market research skills to inform campaign strategy and positioningStrong data analysis skills, with the ability to synthesize campaign and CRM data into recommendations for marketing and other cross-functional teamsQualificationsBachelor 's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field5+ years of experience in CRM management, performance marketing, and data analyticsExpertise in GA4, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and AEOHubSpot certification(s), particularly in AEO, Digital Marketing, and Digital AdvertisingFluency with AI tools to support data visualization, research, reporting, and workflow efficiencyAnalytical, collaborative, and creatively curiousNice to HaveStrong skills in Microsoft 365 and project management softwareExperience in financial services, banking, or credit unionsFamiliarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or Webflow)BenefitsHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) with 4% company match16 days paid time off (PTO) plus bank holidaysApply today – We'd love to meet you!Premier Credit Union is an equal opportunity employer.
